L00M-174-10 is a RG174 10 foot 50 ohm (3.05 meter) coax cable assembly with a Lemo 00-compatible connector on one end and a 10-32 (Microdot-compatible) connector on the other end.

Lemo 00-compatible connectors are often used in physics and engineering applications for interconnection between NIM/CAMAC modules. They are typically used with RG-174 cable. For further reference, see:

10-32 (Microdot-compatible) Connector Detail: These connector threads are the same as those on a 10-32 (UNF) machine screw. Practitioners in the ultrasonic and eddy current NDT industry, including the aerospace, petroleum oil, gas production, thin-film and wafer inspection segments, tend to call these "Microdot" connectors, but there have been many connector models, of various shapes and sizes, made under the Microdot name. (Microdot Inc. has since been acquired by Tyco; the Microdot trademark registration expired in 2004, though the company still does business under that mark.) Several industries and applications tend to instead call these "10-32" connectors; you will often find this designation on velocity sensors and accelerometers, force sensors, acoustic sensors, various piezoelectric applications, radio (RF) and WiFi transceivers, and professional audio lapel microphones, to name a few.

This cable assembly has a characteristic impedance of 50 ohms. 50 ohm coax cable, connectors, and adapters are commonly used in wifi (802.11 wireless LAN) antennas, ham transceivers, and other radio frequency (RF) analog and digital signaling, microwave, radar, hi-fidelity professional audio, non-destructive testing (NDT), oil and petroleum production, ultrasonic transducers, accelerometers, strain gauges, and some professional video applications.
