COVID-19 operations: We are maintaining manufacturing capacity on demand, prioritizing orders related to essential services and infrastructure -- NDT, oil, gas, aviation, aerospace, rail, utilities, defense, medical research, etc. Located just north of the labs in Livermore, California, we perform all assembly, testing, and shipping in-house. We began implementing decon, PPE, and distancing procedures in February 2020; our staff is working remote when possible, staggered shifts in separate areas when on site, and spraydown in between. Inventory levels for most parts and raw materials are normal, and we have at times been able to make PPE components for area clinics and first responders. How To Order

  • You can purchase cables and related parts online -- see the store.
  • Telephone orders: Please call +1-408-986-0725. We are in the U.S. Pacific time zone (PST/PDT).
  • Fax orders: Fax the order or quote request to 1-408-986-0921.
  • Email orders: Email the order or quote request to sales@cdint.com. We typically respond to e-mail orders the same business day.
  • We accept company purchase orders, university purchase orders, government orders, and international orders (any country except those restricted for export by the government of the United States).
  • We accept major credit cards, and offer net 30 day terms to companies that can provide credit references.
  • We accept wire transfers, with a $15 transaction fee added to the total of the balance due.

Shipping

  • We custom build each item when ordered. Due to build times, we are rarely able to ship on the same day an order is placed. Please contact us if you need to discuss lead time for a particular order.
  • For domestic orders, we use UPS ground as our standard shipping method. UPS next day air, UPS second day air, Fedex, or post office can be used per customer request.
  • For international shipments, UPS is our standard shipping method. Post office express mail (EMS), DHL, or Fedex can be used per customer request.

Returns and Cancellations

  • We custom build each order; we are rarely able to re-sell returned items.
  • Items exceeding $500 in total value are not returnable.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
  • We charge a 25% restocking fee for all returned items.
  • Returned items must have an RMA number -- contact us to get one before shipping.
  • We will determine, at our sole discretion, appropriate actions for returned items in extenuating circumstances. This may include an exchange, credit for future purchases, replacement, or repair.
  • If we have ordered upstream materials or have started production for an order, then the order cannot be cancelled; the return policies above apply.
