We provide a wide variety of thickness gauging transducers (single element and dual element) to satisfy some inspection requirements.  They are designed for different lines of thickness gauges.

Single Element Thickness Gauging Transducers include Contact Removable Delay Line, Permanent Delay Line, and Pencil Delay Line.  The frequency ranges from 2.25MHz to 25MHz.

Dual Element Thickness Gauging Transducers include Potted Cable Fingertip, Replaceable Cable Fingertip, and High Temperature Dual Element Transducers.  The diameters are 0.5", 0.375" and 0.25".  The frequency ranges from 2.25MHz to 15MHz.

We provide high performance thickness gauging transducers that could be used with many commercially available thickness gauges.  We also help our customers solve special applications, and design special thickness gauging transducers.
